Alan has been in the IT industry for 28 years with 25 years exclusively in Banking and Finance.
Alan assumed various senior management roles internationally, including Australia, CIS and has spent the last 13 years in the Middle-East.
Alan is a founding member of Sentient.

Stephen has served in senior roles with the 2 major international suppliers of banking software solutions – Misys and Temenos.
Stephen has also served as CIO for one of the fastest growing retail banks in the UAE – that Bank uses customer service as its key market differentiator and demanded a great deal from technology to achieve its success in delivery of best-in-class customer service.
Stephen has completed numerous banking systems implementations projects in the role of PM or as programme director.
Stephen has completed the ISACA certifications in the governance of enterprise IT and in information systems audit (CGEIT and CISA programmes).

David has over 15 years experience in IT with 11 years in the Middle East region implementing solutions in the banking sector.
Started his career with IBM in Dublin before moving to London to join BIS Banking Systems. David continued to develop and broaden his experience by moving to Bahrain with ACT Banking Systems and then on to Dubai with Misys. He is a founding member of Sentient.
